USD, Torrero Stadium Field House

Addition of new HVAC systems to a previously unconditioned space including new rooftop package mechanical units, new insulation, and new power system distribution to the building. Project team included DPR Construction, CPCA Architects, Bergelectric, and ACCO Engineered System.

Safari Child Care Center

Conversion of an existing 4,000 square foot office space to a specialized preschool and day care facility including classrooms, student commons, private offices, and support spaces. Project team included DTV Designs and Godman Development & Construction.

River Springs Charter School

The replacement of the buildings three variable air volume (VAV) air handling units, the conversion of 35 pneumatic controlled VAV terminal units to direct digital control, and the replacement and upgrade of a 150kVa transformer. Project team included ABM and Laser Electric.

SDSU, Music Building

New music building server room including primary and redundant critical room air condition (CRAC) units. Project team included the barrie company and Helix Mechanical.

King Chavez Charter School

16,000 square foot tenant improvement on two floors of an existing building including classrooms, offices, and support spaces. Project team included Lockrul Construction and Bergelectric.

Early Learners Charter School

10,000 square foot tenant improvement in existing building including classrooms, offices, and support spaces. Project team included RBN Design.

Student Success Charter School

30kW solar photovoltaic power system on an existing building in San Diego, CA including both 300W standard with solar edge optimizers and two inverters. Project team included Sass Electric.

Audeo Charter School
