Electrical due diligence and construction documents for the replacement of overhead doors at four buildings located on the SDCCD campuses. The due diligence study validates if the existing electrical connections have capacity for the replacement doors.

Ground-up approximately 10,800 square foot multipurpose building, including modernization of an existing 4,600 square foot building and a new parking garage.

City College LRC First Floor Renovation

Interior demolition and new tenant improvement to +/- 16,000 square feet of the first floor to the existing Learning Resource Center (LRC). The project reconfigures the existing classrooms and offices into new meeting rooms, offices, and open seminar space for a professional learning center. The scope includes reconfiguring the existing restrooms and lobby.
