Originally established in 2009 as H&A (Harmon & Associates) and renamed as H+W Engineering, Inc. in 2017, H+W specializes in intelligent, cost effective and efficient designs. Tom and Bryan first met at San Diego State University and started their careers together at a well-respected engineering firm in San Diego. With a desire to create a better MEP firm they partnered to form a company dedicated to high quality engineering services. Since starting with just two partners H+W has grown to over thirty team members.

Bryan is a registered professional electrical engineer with over twenty years of experience across a variety of industries. Bryan is a firm believer in providing hands-on leadership attention for each project.
