Originally established in 2009 as H&A (Harmon & Associates) and renamed as H+W Engineering, Inc. in 2017, H+W specializes in intelligent, cost effective and efficient designs. Tom and Bryan first met at San Diego State University and started their careers together at a well-respected engineering firm in San Diego. With a desire to create a better MEP firm, they partnered to form a company dedicated to high-quality engineering services. Since starting with just two partners H+W has grown to over 50 team members.
