An 8-story, 340-bed, student housing complex that is the fourth student housing complex of its kind in the North City development in San Marcos, CA. Upper seven stories include 35 residential suites connected on each level by common lounge areas that foster inclusion among students. Project team included Safdie Rabines Architects.

110,000 square foot, 90-unit, 7-story residential apartment building with two levels of underground parking located in San Diego, CA.
MISMO
Ground-up, mixed-use development with ground-level shell commercial spaces, fully equipped with restrooms and future MEP infrastructure. The 125-unit, 8-story, 170,000 square feet building features a rooftop deck and a 22,000 square foot below-grade parking garage with parking stackers.
Lake Avenue Mixed-Use
Ground-up, 7-story, 74-unit mixed-use development located in Pasadena, CA, including commercial lease space and subterranean parking, totaling 135,000 square feet.
5th and Anderson
12-story, mixed-use development consisting of two high-rise buildings. Building 1 features 81 residential units along with one shell retail space, while building 2 includes 77 residential units and one shell retail space. Project designed without any dedicated parking.

409,000 square foot, 751-unit, 4-story Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) building, including separate community building with indoor and outdoor recreation facilities to make living on base as comfortable as possible. The project was LEED Gold certified.
