AHU retrofit project including (2) air handling units consisting of 100 Ton chilled water coils and accompanying 40,000 cfm supply and return fans.  The new energy efficient air system is provided to the entire 4-story, 85,000 square foot space. Project team included First Mark Contracting and Jackson & Blanc Mechanical.
