Central plant retrofit project included (1) 200 Ton cooling tower, (1) 200 Ton water cooled chiller, (1) 40 HP heating hot water boiler, variable speed condenser, chilled, and heating hot water pumping system that provides an energy efficiency infrastructure to a 4-story office building.
