Renovation of the 6,500 square foot regal La Jolla Ballroom, 7,000 square foot treatment spa, and multiple guestrooms including new lighting, lighting controls, power distribution, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Project team included Summit 7D Architecture, Green Mechanical, and Lombardi Construction.
