Modifications to an existing 5,800 square foot metal building and a 16,000 square foot canopy on an approximately 2-acre lot.

El Cajon City Hall HVAC Replacement

Mechanical due diligence study for an existing 6-story, approximately 52,000 square foot building located in El Cajon, CA. The study included a written narrative of the existing systems, a list of infrastructure deficiencies, an opinion of equipment condition based on the ASHRAE useful life chart and visual observation of existing conditions, and feasibility recommendations to assist the owner in pricing future improvements.
